
Greg C. Woynarski, CFA
Mr. Woynarski serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Peritus. He has dedicated his career to the global credit markets, beginning in 1992 as a corporate lender with Scotiabank.
Over the next 25 years, he served in various capital markets roles across London, New York, and Toronto.
His significant roles marked his tenure at Scotiabank as Managing Director and Head of the U.S. Fixed Income group, and eventually, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Scotia Capital (USA).
Subsequently, Mr. Woynarski assumed the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Debt Capital Markets and Derivative Products in Toronto, overseeing the global fixed-income origination & syndication platform.
This platform served a diverse clientele, including Government, SSA, P3/Infrastructure, Securitization, and Corporate sectors, with additional responsibility for Derivative Products. He also chaired Scotia’s Global Fixed Income Underwriting Committee.
In 2018, Mr. Woynarski left Scotiabank to join Canaccord Genuity as the Head of Fixed Income. By 2020, he was recruited by ATB Capital Markets, where he took on the role of Head of Fixed Income, spending three years leading in this capacity.
Throughout his career, Mr. Woynarski has engaged in every aspect of leveraged finance, including the origination and syndication of high-yield bonds, private credit, and leveraged loans, alongside various derivatives markets such as Credit Default Swaps (CDS).
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and earned a Masters Degree in Finance from Boston University. Mr. Woynarski is also a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
Further highlighting his leadership and commitment to the financial community, he served as the former President and Chairman of the Toronto CFA Society and the Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIAC).

Timothy J. Gramatovich, CFA
Mr. Gramatovich is the founder and CIO for Peritus
In this role, he is responsible for developing investment strategies and themes as well as making investment decisions and overseeing portfolio composition. Mr. Gramatovich has over 37 years of experience in the leveraged finance industry, dating back to the early days of the high yield market.
Prior to founding Peritus Credit Partners, he was the Co-Founder and Chief Investment officer of Gateway Credit Partners which was the successor to Peritus Asset Management (“PAM”) which he co-founded and was the Chief Investment Officer from 1995-2018.
During his time at PAM, he was responsible for the creation and management of several cash flow CDOs focusing on leveraged loans and high yield bonds, launching the first actively managed high yield bond ETF, and managing high yield portfolios for individual and institutional accounts.
Before founding PAM, Mr. Gramatovich was a Portfolio Manager with Travelers Asset Management Division in Los Angeles, where he managed high yield portfolios for high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
Prior to joining Travelers, he was a Senior Vice President with Aegis Asset Management Inc. in Los Angeles, setting up their buyside high yield effort.
During his career, Mr. Gramatovich worked as a qualified expert on financing and valuation issues for the U.S. Trustee in the Federal Bankruptcy Courts of Los Angeles County.
He began his career with Drexel Burnham Lambert in Los Angeles in 1985 assisting in the development and marketing of high yield corporate cash management products.
Mr. Gramatovich is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. He is a graduate of the New York Institute of Finance.
